Lina Ibrahim, MA, is an Educational Psychologist who received her degree from the American University of Beirut. She has a private practice and has more than 20 years of experience in psychoeducational testing and in the treatment of school-age children who have learning, intellectual, behavioral, social, and emotional problems. She is a certified EMDR therapist and has been using EMDR therapy with children, adolescents, and adults for the past several years. She is also an EMDRIA approved consultant in EMDR working with therapists trained in EMDR to improve their therapy skills. Ms. Ibrahim is also a former part-time psychology instructor at the Lebanese American University and the American University of Beirut.
Maureen Mahfouz

Maureen Mahfouz, MA, is a licensed Clinical Psychologist who received her degree from Saint Joseph University. She is trained in Psychoanalysis, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and EMDR Therapy. She has a private practice where she works with adults struggling with different types of psychological disorders, including depression, PTSD, and different types of anxiety disorders. Ms. Mahfouz also works with an international organization, for Lebanon and Syria, as MHPSS technical coordinator. Furthermore, she trains people on issues of Trauma, Resilience, Psychological First Aid, WHO Mental Health Gap Action Programme (mhGAP), and Self-Care.

Rachelle Dagher Bassous, MA, a licensed Clinical Psychologist who received her degree from Haigazian University the software, marketing, and customer experience strategies.
Marlene Maroun

Marlène Maroun, MA, is a licensed Clinical Psychologist, who received her degree from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK). She is certified as a psychotherapist in the Psycho-Organic Analysis approach for individuals, groups, couples, and family. She has trainer certificate in child protection from the British Council. She does psychological testing and diagnosis for children, teenagers, and adults. She has been working in several schools as a school psychologist since 2004. She has private practice where she works with children, adolescents, and adults with different types of psychological disorders including ADHD, anger/stress management, attachment disorders, psycho-somatic disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and emotional problems.
Christine Nassar

Christine Nassar, PhD, is a clinical psychologist who received her “Doctorat d’Etat” in 1984 from Paris 5 university-Rene Descartes, Sorbonne, Paris. She is a Professor in the Lebanese University, and after retirement, she is still supervising Master’s theses and Doctoral dissertations. Moreover, she does psychological testing and diagnosis and uses different psychotherapeutic approaches in her psychological treatment, among which, are Cognitive Behavior Therapy CBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy ACT and, more recently, EMDR therapy. Dr. Nassar has written and published more than 15 books and has written many articles in different journals. She has participated as a lecturer in many national and international conferences.

Vera Chakour, MA, is a licensed Clinical Psychologist who received her degree from the Lebanese University. She is, primarily, a certified therapist in psychoanalytic therapy techniques, and she has more than 10 years’ experience in treating children, adolescents, and adults. She has her own private practice, and, in her treatment, she uses EMDR Therapy, art therapy, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), sex therapy, and suicide prevention therapy.
